Our story

A simple proposition: align with the buyer.
Never with the vendor.

Reveal Compliance was incorporated in 2016 by a group of former senior licensing executives. We had spent careers inside vendor sales, compliance, and audit organisations — writing the playbooks that pressure customers into oversized agreements, settlements, and renewals. We left because we believed buyers deserved someone in the room with the same depth of knowledge, on their side only.

A decade later we have advised more than 340 enterprises across Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, ServiceNow, IBM, Cisco, VMware, AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. We have defended more than 90 audits and negotiated over $1.8 billion in documented savings for our clients. We have offices in New York, London, and Stockholm and consultants on three continents.

What we believe

Software vendors are not your partners during a renewal, a true-up, or an audit. They are negotiating counterparties with a quota to hit. We believe enterprises should never face that conversation without equally skilled representation.

We believe in transparency. Every engagement starts with a fixed scope, a defined outcome, and a written deliverable. We do not bill open-ended hours or take contingency fees that incentivise inflated savings claims.

We believe in independence. We do not resell software, accept referral fees from vendors, or hold any form of vendor partnership. Our economics depend on one thing — the buyer's outcome.

How we work

Our practice leads are former vendor insiders. They held senior roles in license management services at Oracle, in Microsoft Volume Licensing, in SAP Global License Audit Services, and in equivalent functions at Salesforce, ServiceNow, IBM, and Cisco. The institutional knowledge they bring is not theoretical. It is operational and current.

Each engagement is led by a partner with direct vendor experience. We deliver written assessments, redlined contracts, audit response packages, and negotiation playbooks. Our clients keep every artefact we produce.

Who we serve

We serve enterprise buyers exclusively — Fortune 500, FTSE 350, OMX Stockholm 30, and equivalent organisations across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Our clients include CIOs, CFOs, Chief Procurement Officers, General Counsel, IT Asset Managers, and Software Asset Management leads. We do not work with vendors. We do not work with resellers. We do not work with anyone whose interests are not perfectly aligned with the buyer's.

Principles

Four commitments we make
to every client.

01 Independence
No vendor relationships. Ever.
We do not resell, refer, or accept compensation from any software vendor. Our economics depend on the buyer's outcome alone.
02 Confidentiality
What you share never leaves the engagement.
We sign mutual NDAs and operate under enterprise-grade information security standards. Client identities are disclosed only with written consent.
03 Specialisation
Practice leads, not generalists.
Eleven vendor practices, each led by a former insider. We do not assign a junior consultant to a $50M renewal.
04 Accountability
Fixed scope, defined outcome, written deliverable.
Every engagement carries a written statement of work, a clear deliverable, and a measurable result. We do not bill open-ended hours.

"What separates Reveal is they have actually sat in the vendor seat. Their audit response was line-for-line built around how the vendor's own audit team thinks."
