These terms govern your use of revealcompliance.com, our white papers, and other materials we make available online. They do not govern formal advisory engagements, which are covered separately by a signed engagement letter.
Effective date: January 1, 2026. Last updated: January 1, 2026.
By accessing or using revealcompliance.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Reveal Compliance is an independent software license compliance and negotiation advisory firm established in 2016, with offices in New York, London, and Stockholm. We represent enterprise buyers exclusively. We do not resell software, take vendor referral fees, or partner with software publishers in any commercial capacity.
You may view, download, and print materials from the Site for your own internal business or personal reference. You may share white papers internally within your organisation provided you do not strip our attribution. You may not republish, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content; nor may you use our research as input to train machine-learning models without our prior written consent.
Our research, blog articles, white papers, and case studies represent the independent professional opinions of Reveal Compliance based on our advisory experience and publicly available information. Vendor names and product names are used for identification purposes only and remain the trademarks of their respective owners. Our use of those names does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, the vendors named.
Content on the Site is general in nature and does not constitute legal, accounting, audit, or licensing advice tailored to your specific situation. Reading our materials or contacting us does not create an advisor-client relationship. A formal engagement only begins after both parties sign a written engagement letter setting out scope, fees, and deliverables.
Case studies presented on the Site describe actual engagements but are anonymised to protect client confidentiality. Financial outcomes (savings figures, claim reductions, cost reductions) are based on client-verified data at the time of engagement closure. Aggregate figures such as "$1.8B+ in documented client savings" and "340+ enterprise engagements" reflect Reveal Compliance's cumulative practice since 2016. Past results are illustrative and do not guarantee future outcomes.
The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control those resources and we are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or privacy practices. Links do not constitute endorsement.
If you submit a contact form, request a white paper, or otherwise send us information, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are authorised to provide it, and that you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to respond to your enquiry and improve our research. Do not send us confidential, regulated, or proprietary third-party data via our public contact forms.
The Site and all original content, features, and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, white papers, and research methodology) are the exclusive property of Reveal Compliance and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reveal Compliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reveal Compliance and its partners, employees, and contractors from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. UK and EU visitors retain non-waivable rights under their local consumer protection laws.
