How we price

Four principles behind
every quote.

01 Fixed fee
No open-ended hourly billing.
Every engagement is quoted as a fixed fee against a written scope. If the scope changes, we re-paper it before doing the work.
02 No contingency
We do not bill a percentage of "savings".
Contingency pricing creates incentives to inflate baselines and exaggerate outcomes. We do not work that way.
03 Payment terms
Half on signature, half on delivery.
Net-30 invoicing on each milestone. Retainer engagements are billed monthly in advance.
04 ROI standard
We expect to return 10× our fee.
On a typical engagement, our clients realise documented savings of 10–25× the fee within the first renewal or audit cycle.
